Follow these simple steps for an event-packed Q1

Planning your events schedule can get surprisingly complicated. However, it doesn’t have to be.

It can be tricky to bring in engaging events for an office full of people, with varying tastes and various jobs. You’ve also got to mediate between management

  • What was the office like in January compared to now?
  • What did you do well?
  • What could you do better?

Now’s the time for reflection. Don’t shy from criticism! And feel free to ask your coworkers for their perspectives as well. Ask the whole office to submit one thing they appreciate about the workplace, and one thing that needs improvement.

Get excited! This is the time to think big.

Use what you’ve learned from 2017 to create your 2018 goals. For instance, if there’s disconnect between employees, focus on team-building workshops. If there high levels of stress in the office, blow off some steam by bringing in some great performers. Or if there’s a heavy, repetitive workload, pique your coworkers’ interest by holding an interesting lecture series.
