Intro

Printmaking is an exciting and multifaceted practice that allows you to freedom to explore many different mediums along the whole creation process. Through translating a drawing to a block and printing it, we can see the various solutions that can come from a singular beginning. In this amazing 3-hour workshop, participants will design, carve and print their own linoleum blocks on paper. We’ll learn techniques for multiple colors as well as monoprints (think: a printed painting) for students to experiment with a variety of marks in the production of their imagination.
