The class will be 60 minutes and follow the arc of a traditional yoga class–a slow beginning to tune into the body, moderate intensity throughout the bulk of the class, and a savanna–or rest period–with breathwork to end the class. Expect traditional yoga poses with a few extra flairs as well as movements that may be brand new to even seasoned practitioners. Class is designed for all levels of fitness and yoga experience.
Mats are required. Athletic wear is also required. Props such as blankets and blocks are helpful but not necessary. A room spacious enough to fit mats for all the participants is ideal.
