Conflict is unavoidable. In this presentation, Ellis will help your team identify what their conflict management styles are, what the sources of conflict might be, and most importantly, what strategies they can use to confront and resolve difficult situations. Participants will discuss a variety of those styles to illustrate how different approaches are best for different situations, and why it is important to utilize a variety of tactics when managing conflict.

About Ellis Chase

Mr. Chase has had a diverse career in executive advising, including consulting and training in corporations, private practice, and universities. He's worked for Right Management Consultants and The Chase Manhattan Bank, and was an instructor at New York University and Columbia Business School’s Experienced Professionals Career Management, working with Executive MBA students and alumni in advising, programming, and curriculum development.
