    Let’s be honest – you’re probably not a Tibetan Buddhist monk. So in this section, participants will learn how to adapt the 4 Keystone Habits to their own unique lives.
  4. LOOKING FORWARD
    After making the 4 Keystone Habits their own, attendees will plot paths on how to integrate them into their lives in order to lead them to their best selves.
