OVERVIEW

WHAT TO EXPECT

  1. AWARENESS OF SELF
    Do evaluations to help each participant identify their relationship to asking. This is will help everyone see who is comfortable with it and who is not.
  2. AWARENESS OF OTHERS
    Identify the main concerns of clients and learn an index everyone can use to identify the largest pain points of others easily.
  3. ACTIONS IN ASKING
    Discuss and practice techniques to ask/follow-up. Participants will dig into the biological and psychological issues that come up during an “”ask”” and practice ways to ask differently.

REQUIREMENTS

A room big enough for participants to break into groups and to do partner work, whiteboard.
