    Boundary setting, S.A.F.E.R. lines, situational awareness, and using your voice.
  4. PHYSICAL PRACTICE
    Learn how to effectively strike and defend against an attack.
  5. SPARRING DRILL
    A final drill that incorporates everything we have learned in the class.

    Question-asking and storytelling

REQUIREMENTS

An open floor set up, A space where participants can MAKE NOISE!
Please note: In order to participate, everyone must sign a liability waiver and come to the event in sneakers and comfortable clothing.
