Alia is a 200 Hour RYT in Brooklyn, NY teaching vinyasa, beginner's yoga, restorative yoga, and meditation in studios private homes, and corporate settings. She's continued her training with various yoga educators such as Leslie Kaminoff of the Breathing Project in Manhattan, Jules Mitchell of Yoga Biomechanics, and longtime teachers and owners of Mala Yoga in Brooklyn.
Her passion is to educate students on how to move their bodies in a mindful way, and why moving the body is essential to living a healthy life.
