How can I book a talk or activity for my team?

It’s super simple – use our 2-minute event wizard to tell us what you’re looking for, and start getting quotes from relevant experts sent directly to your inbox, for free. You’ll be able to read about the experts and their programs, read testimonials and view photos and past clients. You’ll also be able to chat with the expert directly and ask any questions you may have. Once you decide you’re ready to book, pay securely to instantly confirm your booking.

Do you check the quality of the experts on your platform?

Absolutely. We have an in-house team that is responsible for vetting all experts that join Speakizi. We make sure they have experience working with corporate clients and are engaging and communicative.

Can I talk with the experts before submitting payment?

Yes. You can chat with experts via your dashboard and even schedule a phone or video call if you’d like, before deciding to pay.

Where do the events take place?

You decide! They can be at a small meeting room in your office, a larger common area or an out-of-office location. When you create a new event, you’ll be able to specify the type of location you prefer.

Can I host the event out of the office?

Yes. When you create a new event, you’ll be able to specify the type of location you prefer.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit cards. We use Stripe to securely process all payments (that means we don’t store any credit card information on our systems). If you’d like to pay using a different method (e.g. ACH or wire transfer), we might be able to make that work – just choose “I prefer to pay using another method” during checkout and let us know what you have in mind.

What is the cancellation and refund policy?

We have multiple offices in different locations. Can we broadcast the session?

In general, the answer is yes, but it depends on the specific expert and program (since some programs lend themselves better to broadcasting than others). You’ll need to discuss this with the expert, which you’ll be able to do via our messaging feature before finalizing a booking and submitting payment.

Can I videotape a talk or record the screen of a streaming session?

That depends on the specific expert giving the talk. Since this is their intellectual property, you’ll need to ask for permission, which you’ll be able to do via our messaging feature before finalizing a booking and submitting payment.

Can you help me with venues, food or other services?

We’d love to! And we know lots of great people and places 🙂

How far out do I need to schedule my event?

There are no hard rules – we had clients that booked less than 2 days in advance 🙂
We definitely recommend at least 3-4 weeks though, to have enough time to chat with potential experts, get feedback from your team, etc.
